Payment Methods and Credit Card Security:

NitePromos.com accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit Cards, mail in checks or money orders. All financial information collected during the shopping process is stored temporarily in a secure location for your security and protection. NitePromos.com does not retain credit card information. We guarantee that when you place an order with NitePromos.com, your personal and financial information is kept private and secure.


Third-Party Web Beacons:

We use third-party web beacons from Yahoo! to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. Yahoo! may also use anonymous information about your visits to this and other websites in order to improve its products and services and provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Shipping:


UPS is our primary carrier, but other agents will be used if cost or service coverage is a factor. NitePromos.com will work with you to meet your required date of delivery and will ship accordingly to meet any requested deadline or event date. A UPS tracking number for your order can be provided upon request.


International Shipping:

For orders outside of the United States and Canada your order may be charged custom fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. NitePromos.com has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.


Damaged During Shipping:

If a package is delivered in a visibly damaged state due to shipping or if you received less than the number of packages stated on the delivery log, inform the courier driver immediately to make note of such damage or shortage. If you do not inform the driver you may lose your right to make a claim against the delivery company. Please notify NitePromos.com immediately if your package has been damaged during shipping.


Refund Policies on Defective Merchandise:

NitePromos.com would like to note that an average defective rate of 5% is not uncommon with the type of materials and products sold by NitePromos.com. If the defective rate exceeds this, NitePromos.com will offer a refund or credit on the defective, damaged or missing portions of the merchandise.  This decision remains that of NitePromos.com. Any claims of shortages in packing or defective merchandise must be made within 5 business days of receiving your goods.

Any refunds for defective or damaged products are given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days. You will be credited for the original price of the products ordered. NitePromos.com will notify you of the status of your credit or refund by email or telephone. The final decision on all credits and refunds remains that of NitePromos.com.


Image and Logo Requirements:

When providing your artwork to NitePromos.com for custom imprinting, we ask that you follow these guidelines to ensure a speedy and accurate order process. Once NitePromos.com receives your submitted artwork, we will overlay your requested logo or text over an image of the desired product as a 'Mock-up' and this will be sent to you via email for confirmation.

Accepted File Types:
NitePromos.com requests that artwork is provided in one of the following image file types:  .PDF, .AI, .EPS, .JPEG, .TIFF, .GIF, .BMP, .PNG,

We ask that these image files be as clear and of high quality and size as possible. Scanned and degraded images or artwork embedded into alternate file types (Word Documents, Word Perfect Files) may require additional graphic design work or conversion to meet printing requirements. Any additional graphic design work performed by NitePromos.com may incur additional art design fees. These fees are dependant on the complexity of the work required and therefore will be determined during the quotation and artwork mock-up phase.
